Our appliances are supplied direct from Teknix and have been classed as graded for a number of reasons - there are two levels of grading, the classification is as follows. Products are classed as graded as they may (only may) have a small blemish or mark due to previous packaging damage caused by warehousing, storage or distribution issues - if there are any blemishes they are most likely to be on the side of the unit and won't be seen when in use. Products are classed as graded as they WILL have a blemish, mark or indentation due to previous packaging damage caused by warehousing, storage or distribution issues - the marks or blemishes can be on the both the front and/or side of the unit. These items could be transit damage items or could have had a slight use but have been fully checked, tested and approved by the manufacturers' engineers.
