Samsung RS68N8330B1/EU 617L American/Side-by-Side Refrigerator Black

  
A few months ago we had a new kitchen fitted, so the appliance was moved into the garage for temporary storage. Since then, the fridge section still works and cools properly - as shown in the photos with the temperature and all internal lights and displays power on as normal. However, the freezer section is not holding temperature and remains around 15°C.

I'm unaware of the cause, and I haven't attempted any repairs, so I'm listing it as partially working.
