Our grading system indicates the cosmetic condition of our appliances, regardless of whether this appliance is a Grade Open Box, A, B or C, every appliance goes through our testing programme. No visible cosmetic damage to the front of the appliance but some minor damage could be found on either side of the appliance as well as the rear. Each appliance is photographed with helpful indicators to highlight issues so check each available unit for details.

Grade B appliances are considered'very good' condition and will have gone through our testing programme, which for appliances such as dishwashers or washing machines, involves them being run with water.
