All we ask is that it's disconnected, empty and ready to go, due to current restrictions please leave your item to be collected at your front entrance. 100% of the cost of this service relates to safely transporting the product to our recycling plant. Fridge freezers need to be completely defrosted with any water, takeaways or milk cartons emptied out. If we're picking up a tumble dryer, washing machine or dishwasher, don't forget to unload that too.
