How to prepare Step 1 Make sure your appliance is disconnected from any water, gas or mains supplies. Fridge freezers need to be completely defrosted with any water, takeaways or milk cartons emptied out.

If we're picking up a tumble dryer, washing machine or dishwasher, don't forget to unload that too. Step 2 We can collect your appliance from any room inside your home, so there's no need to move it to the front door before we arrive. Once we've got it, we'll take it to our state-of-the-art recycling facility in Telford to be sorted responsibly - saving you a trip to the tip. We only deliver to mainland UK addresses. We can't deliver to parts of the Scottish Highlands.

If they can't safely move the appliance due to its size, weight, any steps, or hazards, they'll deliver it to the nearest point possible.
