This service is ground floor only. We do not take appliances upstairs for health & safety reasons. The item will be delivered to the kerbside only; you will need to move it inside your property yourself.

Please ensure you have adequate help to off-load a palleted item. 200 miles will be cancelled. The courier will not accept liability after that period. Pallet deliveries typically arrive on an 18.5 T lorry ; ensure your access road is suitable.

Collections: Free collection is available from our premises. We do not accept responsibility for third-party couriers or for any damage occurring after customer collection. Our guarantee is a working parts & labour guarantee. If a working part becomes faulty, we will cover the cost of the replacement part and the labour to install it.
